L2Tek’s Response to COVID-19

Since the early outbreaks of COVID-19, we have been closely monitoring the impact Coronavirus could have on our organisation and the companies in our supply chain.

We feel now is the right time to reassure you of our internal approach and provide you with an update. Following the government guidelines, we’ve had to make a few changes to the L2Tek work style to enable us to protect our staff.

Our staff are working remotely during normal office hours, with a direct contact number in each email signature. Alternatively, if you send an email to sales@l2tek.co.uk , you will get a prompt response. Our warehouse is still operating, and we are still receiving and shipping goods.

Please be aware that although our warehouse is operating, we are experiencing courier delays of 1-2 weeks on product that is shipping from the Far East.

If you feel concerned about any product, please contact us to speak to a member of the L2TEK team and as always, we will be happy to answer any query you may have.

Please be assured of our strategies to prevent interruption to you and your onwards supply chain. Our valued employees are being regularly briefed on precautionary measures for their own safety and well-being, and we have contingency plans in place for a variety of possible scenarios.

L2Tek are continuously assessing the situation and will ensure that we provide the best service possible with minimal impact on our customers in these circumstances.
